When you complete an enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details (email and phone), the nature of your situation, and anything you choose to tell us about what happened. We do not ask for more than we need to pass your enquiry on.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to connect you with our independent legal partner, an employment law firm, so they can offer you a free consultation. When you submit the form and tick the consent box, you agree to your details being passed to a partner law firm for that purpose. We keep a record of the enquiry so that the referral is traceable.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with a partner law firm. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing. a partner law firm will handle your information under their own privacy obligations once it reaches them.
Your choices
Submitting an enquiry is entirely voluntary. If you would like us to delete the record of your enquiry, or you have any question about how your details are handled, contact us and we will help.
