WORK RIGHTS SINGAPORE

Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you give us when you submit a case-review enquiry on Work Rights SG.

What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details (email and phone), the nature of your situation, and anything you choose to tell us about what happened. We do not ask for more than we need to pass your enquiry on.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to connect you with our independent legal partner, an employment law firm, so they can offer you a free consultation. The match option is pre-selected on the form, and you can switch it to no before sending. By submitting after the disclosure line, you agree to be contacted about your enquiry. We keep a record of the enquiry so that the referral is traceable.

Who we share it with

When the match option is set to yes, we share your enquiry with a partner law firm. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing. A partner law firm will handle your information under their own privacy obligations once it reaches them.

Your choices

Submitting an enquiry is entirely voluntary. If you would like us to delete the record of your enquiry, or you have any question about how your details are handled, contact us and we will help.

Work Rights SG is an independent information site. This policy is provided for transparency.
